In this episode…

Does the fear of encountering legal problems cause you to hesitate when making decisions to grow your business and team? As an entrepreneur, how can you have the same strategic legal advantage as the major corporations?

According to business advisor Michelle Bomberger, going blindly as a business into the unknown can cause unpredictable legal fees leading to a company’s downfall. It’s also challenging for entrepreneurs to incorporate law into each department because of their busy lives and the constant evolution of the legal world. So, companies need to leverage strategic legal services for their teams to gain a competitive advantage over large organizations.

In this episode of The Future is Borderless, David Nilssen sits down with Michelle Bomberger, Founder, CEO, and Managing Attorney at Equinox Business Law Group, to discuss the importance of having in-house strategic legal counsel as a business. Michelle explains how to use law as a competitive advantage in business, the model Equinox uses to solve its customers’ problems, the challenges of running a law firm, and Equinox’s ideal client profile.
